TIDP — a team's delivery plan
The TIDP (Task Information Delivery Plan) is a single task team's plan: which information containers (models, drawings, documents) it delivers, by which date and at what maturity. It makes responsibility concrete per team.
MIDP — the master plan
The MIDP (Master Information Delivery Plan) merges all TIDPs into the project's overall delivery plan. It shows when which information is available across all teams — and surfaces gaps or conflicts between teams before they become schedule problems.
What goes in
- Information containers — what is delivered (models, drawings, data).
- Responsible team / person — who delivers.
- Dates & milestones — by when, at which gate.
- Maturity / status — suitability code (e.g. S0–S7) at delivery.
- Dependencies — what is needed from other teams.
Generate it
In the generator you maintain a TIDP per team (with a Gantt view) and merge them into the MIDP — connected to the EIR and BEP. The result: consistent, ISO 19650-compliant delivery plans as DOCX/PDF.
